• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1800 - $1890

• Setting: Acute Inpatient Surgical (Med/Surg) — Med/Surg RN role
• Contract Duration: 17 weeks (April 27, 2026 – August 24, 2026)
• Shift: 12 Hour Days (Travel Nurse schedule)
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

• Charting System: MEDITECH (MEDITECH experience preferred)

Job Requirements & Qualifications

• Active RN (Registered Nurse) license
• BLS (AHA) certification required
• NIHSS certification required
• At least 1 year of recent Med/Surg nursing experience (Med/Surg RN or Surgical RN experience)
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts (Travel Nursing flexibility)
• Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical assessment skills

Primary Responsibilities (Med/Surg RN / Travel Nurse)

• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to patients on the Med/Surg surgical unit
• Perform patient assessments, monitor post-operative progress, and document using MEDITECH
• Administer medications, IV therapies, treatments, and procedures as ordered
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (physicians, therapists, case management) to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Provide patient and family education on care plans, discharge instructions, and follow-up
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and infection control practices
