Job Details
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,040 – $2,150

- Duration: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
- Shift: 12-hour Nights (1900-0730), every 3rd weekend — ideal for experienced night shift ER nurses
Job Requirements / Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Room (ER/ED) nursing experience
- Current, unencumbered Oregon RN license (required upon submission)
- Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification (required)
- ACLS, TNCC, and PALS certifications (required)
- Verification of high school diploma or equivalent (required for moderate complexity testing)
- Strong assessment, triage, and critical thinking skills for trauma, cardiac, pediatric, and behavioral health emergencies
Key Responsibilities (Emergency Department / ER Nurse)
- Provide compassionate, high-quality care for patients across the acuity spectrum: non-critical to emergent conditions
- Perform rapid assessment, triage, and stabilization for walk-in and transport-arriving patients
- Deliver emergent and urgent mental health care and collaborate on behavioral health interventions
- Respond to critical cardiac arrests, trauma activations, and pediatric emergencies
- Work closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, EMS, and multidisciplinary team members to ensure excellent patient outcomes
- Document care accurately in the patient record and follow ED protocols for safety and quality
