- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,130 - $2,280
- Location: Hagerstown, MD (near Martinsburg, WV 25401) — Maryland radiology jobs, travel Rad Tech opportunity
- Setting: Acute Care, Radiology - General X-Ray
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks (travel radiology assignment)
- Shift: 8 Hour Days, Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
- Start Date: April 6, 2026
- EMR System: EPIC (PACS integration)
- Dress Code: Scrubs
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Radiologic Technologist or Rad Tech, ideally in acute care
- MD Radiologic Technologist License (MUST BE IN HAND)
- ARRT (R) – Registered Radiography Technologist by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
- BLS (AHA) Certification
- Experience with fluoroscopy-guided procedures and spine injections (lumbar epidural, cervical)
- Familiarity with GE radiology equipment and PACS workflow
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and perform efficiently in a fast-paced radiology department
Responsibilities
- Perform general X-ray imaging, standard AP and lateral views, and fluoroscopy-guided spine procedures
- Assist with lumbar epidural and cervical injection imaging as requested by neurosurgery and interventional teams
- Maintain accurate patient records using EPIC EMR and PACS systems; ensure documentation meets department standards
- Ensure patient safety, radiation safety, and comfort during all imaging procedures
- Collaborate effectively with radiologists, neurosurgery, nursing staff, and other clinical teams
- Adhere to department protocols, dress code, and participate in department orientation and ongoing training
