• Assignment Length: 13 weeks (March 30, 2026 – June 27, 2026)
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 40
• Shift: 8-hour day shifts; varied start times (9-5, 11-7, 1-9, 3-11); weekend & on-call rotation required
• Call Requirements: 1-2 times per week (8-hour call increments)
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,250 – $2,370 (competitive travel nurse pay)
• Employment Type: Travel / Contract Nursing Job

Required Qualifications – OR RN / Perioperative Nurse

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania
• Minimum 3 years recent Operating Room RN experience (perioperative nursing, circulating/scrub experience)
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications
• CPI/HWC certification (or willingness to obtain prior to start)
• All required Pennsylvania clearances and fingerprinting completed prior to start
• Ability to float as needed and accept on-call/off-shift assignments
• EPIC EHR experience preferred; documentation and charting proficiency required
• Preferred: Charge experience, Level 1 Trauma, robotic surgery, and advanced specialty OR experience

Key Responsibilities – Surgical Nurse / Perioperative RN

• Provide safe, high-quality perioperative nursing care to patients of all ages in the operating room
• Support a broad mix of surgical cases including orthopedics, gynecology, OB, plastics, general, cardiovascular, neuro, urology, breast, and podiatry
• Serve as scrub or circulating nurse as assigned; assist with robotic and trauma cases when needed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary surgical teams in a fast-paced, high-acuity Level 1 Trauma Center
• Participate in on-call rotation and provide weekend/off-shift coverage
• Document perioperative care using EPIC EHR and maintain accurate surgical records
• Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, safety standards, and dress code (blue scrubs provided)
