Job Details – Acute Dialysis RN (Hospital Dialysis Nurse)

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,020 - $2,130
• Hours per Week: 36
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Setting: Acute Hospital Dialysis / Hemodialysis
• On-Site Position
• Weekend Requirement: Every other Saturday
• On Call: Two Sunday 24-hour shifts (7a-7p) and two 11.5-hour call shifts (8p-7:30a) per 6-week schedule
• Holiday Schedule: Unit closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day; open the Sunday before holidays
• Equipment: Fresenius 2008Ts, WRO rover portable water system
• Patient Ratio: 2:1 (1:1 for ICU or bedside)
• Scrub Color: Navy Blue

Requirements – Dialysis Nurse Qualifications

• 3–5 years of acute dialysis/hemodialysis hospital experience
• Active New Jersey RN license (NJ RN)
• BLS and ACLS certifications current
• Ability to float to all campuses (Mannington, Vineland, Mullica Hill, Elmer) as needed
• Completion of full orientation is mandatory; rescheduling is not permitted

Responsibilities – Acute Care Dialysis RN

• Provide acute dialysis and hemodialysis care in hospital settings, including ICU and bedside treatments
• Operate and troubleshoot Fresenius 2008Ts and WRO rover portable water systems
• Maintain a safe, patient-centered care environment with appropriate nurse-to-patient ratios
• Participate in scheduled weekend and on-call rotations
• Attend and complete all required orientation modules and in-person classes
• Adhere to hospital policies, including badge acquisition and clock-in procedures
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across multiple campuses to coordinate patient care
