Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of dedicated Medical ICU (MICU) or critical care nursing experience
• Experience in a Level 1 trauma center required
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• Active Massachusetts RN license (compact license not accepted unless MA active)
• Current CPR (AHA) and ACLS (AHA) certifications
• Must not reside within 50 miles of the facility (no local travelers)
• Must not have worked for Beth Israel Lahey Health in any capacity within the last six months

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill patients in the Medical Intensive Care Unit
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Monitor patient status, interpret data, and respond promptly to changes in condition
• Administer medications, complex IV therapies, and critical care interventions as prescribed
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to patient safety and infection control best practices
• Participate in orientation, unit-specific training, and ongoing professional development while on assignment
