Required Qualifications — LTAC RN / Travel Nurse

• Minimum 2 years recent LTAC, telemetry, or critical care RN experience
• Active Missouri RN or multi-state RN license (attach license to resume)
• ACLS & BLS certifications through the American Heart Association
• Demonstrated ventilator and tracheostomy care experience
• Strong critical thinking, leadership, and delegation skills
• Ability to supervise and prioritize patient care in an LTAC setting

Key Responsibilities — Long-Term Acute Care Nurse

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based care to LTAC patients using the Nursing Process
• Monitor telemetry and manage complex patients with ventilators and tracheostomies
• Apply clinical judgment to anticipate and ensure safe delivery of care
• Maintain and enhance clinical competencies through ongoing education
• Delegate tasks and supervise assigned personnel according to staff education and experience
• Ensure compliance with the state Nurse Practice Act, hospital policies, and LTAC protocols
