Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana (travel nursing eligibility: permanent address must be >50 miles from facility)
• BLS (American Heart Association) and ACLS required; PALS preferred
• Minimum 1 year recent Med/Surg experience required (3 years preferred) — Medical-Surgical RN / Telemetry experience strongly preferred
• Proficiency with IV starts, nursing assessments, medication administration, and telemetry monitoring
• Experience with ICU drips and advanced cardiac monitoring preferred
• Familiarity with Cerner EMR preferred
• Must submit current license, certifications, and driver’s license with application

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as a Medical-Surgical/Telemetry RN on night shift
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and initiate/maintain IV therapy
• Monitor and interpret telemetry data and communicate changes to the care team
• Administer medications, manage patient care plans, and coordinate safe discharges
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members (physicians, respiratory therapy, case management) to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document care accurately and efficiently using Cerner EMR
• Maintain a safe, patient-centered, and supportive environment for patients and staff
