Travel Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor – Evening Shift in Geneva, NY (Finger Lakes). Active New York RN licensure required. Lead nursing operations and mentor staff in a supportive long-term care (LTC) setting on a 13-week travel nursing contract.

Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,870 – $1,970 (Competitive travel RN pay)
• Location: Geneva, NY 14456 (Finger Lakes region) — New York nursing jobs / Finger Lakes nursing jobs
• Employment Type: Travel RN, Full-Time
• Shift: Evenings (3:00pm – 11:30pm), 8-hour shifts
• Schedule: Every other weekend and holidays required
• Duration: 13 weeks (with potential for extension)
• Float Requirement: Will float across units and between Living Center North/South locations

Minimum Qualifications / Job Requirements

• Active New York State RN licensure (required for New York RN jobs)
• BLS Certification (AHA or RQI only)
• Minimum of 1 year of long-term care (LTC) nursing experience
• Previous supervisory experience required (RN Supervisor / Charge Nurse experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing unit operations and provide clinical supervision to nursing staff as the RN Supervisor
• Plan, direct, coordinate, and evaluate Nursing Department activities in compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements
• Ensure quality resident care through staff teaching, performance oversight, and best-practice LTC clinical standards
• Communicate and collaborate with the Director of Nursing and Nurse Managers regarding staffing, resident care issues, and resolutions
• Make sound administrative and clinical decisions during off-shifts, weekends, and in the absence of leadership
• Float between Living Center North and South to meet unit needs and support continuity of care
