Job Requirements (Radiologic Technologist / X-Ray Tech)

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an X-Ray Technician or Radiologic Technologist in a clinical setting
• Graduate of an accredited radiography school or program
• NJ State RT License (required)
• ARRT certification (Registered Radiologic Technologist)
• BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Demonstrated knowledge of diagnostic imaging equipment, including setup, utilization, troubleshooting, and preventative care
• Strong initiative, problem-solving, and analytical skills in clinical imaging
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team

Responsibilities (Radiology / Diagnostic Imaging)

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures and X-rays in accordance with state, federal, and professional guidelines
• Ensure patient safety, radiation protection (ALARA principles), and procedural comfort during imaging exams
• Maintain, calibrate, and assess imaging equipment for procedures; coordinate routine maintenance and troubleshooting
• Coordinate daily imaging schedules and monitor need for procedure revisions to meet clinical demand
• Stay current with advances in radiology, diagnostic imaging, and healthcare informatics
• Provide clear documentation and communication of imaging results, protocols, and patient information
• Other duties as assigned to support the radiology department and clinical care
