We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse (Pediatric Cardiac ICU) for a travel nursing assignment in Cleveland, Ohio. • Position: Travel ICU Registered Nurse – Pediatric Cardiac ICU
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,910 - $2,010
• Location: Cleveland, Ohio (44106) — Cleveland travel nursing, Ohio nursing jobs
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks (April 20, 2026 – July 19, 2026)
• Shift: 12 Hour Nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Unit: Pediatric Cardiac ICU (12 beds) — pediatric ICU nurse, critical care nurse role
• Patient Ratios: 1:1 or 2:1 for ICU care; 3:1 for Intermediate care
• Employment Type: Travel (travel nurse, travel contract)

Job Requirements / Qualifications

• Active RN license in Ohio (compact license status accepted where applicable)
• RN Critical Care certification required
• Minimum 1 year ICU experience (pediatric cardiac ICU experience preferred)
• Experience with immediate post-operative cardiac patient care
• Clinical proficiency with inotropic medications, mediastinal chest tubes, central lines, arterial lines, advanced airways, and ventilators
• Neonatal care experience as needed for patient population
• EPIC EMR experience preferred
• Completion of required onboarding health screenings and background checks

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, family-centered critical care to pediatric cardiac patients from admission through discharge
• Manage immediate post-operative cardiac patients, including monitoring and administering inotropic medications
• Care for patients with mediastinal chest tubes, central and arterial lines, and advanced airways
• Utilize ventilators and provide neonatal support as needed
• Support post-cardiac catheterization care and intermediate level monitoring
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently using EPIC EMR
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—physicians, respiratory therapists, and allied health—to optimize patient outcomes
