Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a licensed Physical Therapist (PT)
• Valid Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license required
• Ability and willingness to travel and cover multiple locations across Lancaster County
• Preferred experience in women's health, vestibular rehabilitation, pelvic rehab, hospital-based rehab, or clinic management
• Strong communication, patient education, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality outpatient and clinic physical therapy services across Lancaster County
• Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for patients with musculoskeletal, vestibular, pelvic floor, and post-surgical needs
• Deliver evidence-based interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, balance and vestibular rehabilitation, and pelvic health techniques
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care and optimal outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and records in accordance with clinic and regulatory standards
• Educate patients and families on home programs, injury prevention, and wellness strategies
• Travel between clinic sites within Lancaster County as required to meet patient and clinic needs
