Travel Nursing Job Details

• Location: Lake Worth, FL 33462 (Palm Beach County)
• Assignment Length: 5 weeks (April 13, 2026 – May 18, 2026)
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,250 – $2,370
• Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (10-hour days)
• Hours per Week: 40
• Setting: On-site, Cardiovascular Services – Cath/EP Lab (Cardiac Cath Lab, EP lab)
• Call Requirements: 8-12 call shifts per month, including 2 weekends
• Perks: Surgical scrubs provided; opportunity to gain experience with PCI, device implants, and EP procedures

Cath Lab RN Requirements & Qualifications

• Active RN license (Florida license or compact RN license preferred)
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required (PALS preferred)
• Minimum 1 year recent Cath Lab or EP Lab RN experience
• Proficiency in Cath/EP procedures including cardiac catheterization, PCI, Watchman/LAAO, EP studies/ablations, and device implants
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced cardiovascular environment and work independently as a Cath Lab RN/Travel RN
• Familiarity with Meditech documentation system is a plus

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a 1:1 nurse-to-patient ratio within the Cath/EP Lab
• Assist with and monitor cardiac catheterizations (diagnostic and PCI), Watchman/LAAO procedures, EP studies/ablations, and device implants (pacemakers/ICDs)
• Perform pre-procedure and post-procedure assessments and patient education for cardiovascular patients
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary cardiovascular care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Participate in on-call rotation as required and respond to emergent Cath Lab situations
• Document patient care activities accurately using Meditech and maintain regulatory compliance
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized Cath Lab environment and adhere to infection control practices
