• Location: Brockton, MA 02301 (Brockton / Boston-area travel nursing)
• Assignment Type: Travel
• Start Date: April 20, 2026
• End Date: July 18, 2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: 12-hour day/night rotation (AM/PM); every other weekend and holiday required
• Hours per Week: 36 guaranteed
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,390 – $2,510

Required Qualifications (Registered Nurse Supervisor / Travel RN)

• Current Massachusetts RN license required
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Nursing degree required: diploma, ASN, or BSN (BSN preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of staff nurse experience in an acute care facility, including charge nurse duties
• Proven leadership experience in nursing supervision, nurse management, or charge nurse roles
• Demonstrated clinical knowledge to oversee patient populations from infancy to geriatrics in acute care settings

Key Responsibilities (Clinical Supervision & Nursing Leadership)

• Coordinate and supervise patient care across multiple nursing units and departments during evening, night, and weekend shifts
• Serve as a role model and provide clinical direction, mentorship, and support to nursing staff and travel nurses
• Ensure high-quality, cost-efficient patient care through effective staffing, triage, and resource allocation
• Manage human resources functions within the Nursing Division to promote a positive work environment and staff retention
• Act as the on-site hospital representative to coordinate operational and administrative activities for smooth hospital functioning
• Participate as a member of the Nursing Leadership Team to plan and direct divisional activities and quality initiatives
• Promote interdisciplinary communication and collaboration with physicians, allied health professionals, and support services
• Demonstrate commitment to ongoing professional development and support staff education and training
