• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,470 – $1,580

• Assignment Duration: 13 weeks (April 20, 2026 – July 19, 2026)
• Shift: Days, 8-hour shifts, Monday–Friday
• Hours per Week: 40

Key Qualifications (Physical Therapy Assistant / PTA)

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) certification or state PTA license (WA preferred or ability to obtain)
• Minimum 1 year of home health experience required; inpatient and homecare experience valued
• Familiarity with HCHB (Homecare Homebase) documentation system
• Ability to travel within a 50+ mile radius of the office (reliable transportation)
• Strong organizational, time management, and patient communication skills

Responsibilities – Inpatient PTA / Travel Assignment

• Provide inpatient physical therapy services and assist PTs with evaluation and treatment plans across Lake Stevens and Snohomish locations
• Meet productivity expectations of at least 30 points per week consistent with physical therapy job standards
• Complete timely documentation in HCHB by 10:00 AM the following day to ensure accurate clinical records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members (PTs, nurses, case managers) to optimize patient outcomes
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a variety of inpatient and homecare settings
