- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,120 - $2,230

- Setting: RAD/ONC Nursing Clinical Admin Unit (oncology clinic, infusion/chemotherapy care)
- Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (8-hour days)
- Hours per Week: 40 (Guaranteed)

Key Qualifications (Oncology RN Requirements)
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Oncology specialty preferred). Must meet Massachusetts state licensing requirements for travel assignments.
- Minimum 1 year of recent oncology nursing experience (chemotherapy/infusion experience preferred)
- Strong clinical skills in oncology care, symptom management, and patient education
- Willingness to participate in procedures and training opportunities as available
- Compliance with onboarding requirements (background check, health screenings, education verification, etc.)
Responsibilities – Oncology Nursing Duties
- Provide compassionate, evidence-based oncology care to adult patients in inpatient/outpatient settings
- Administer chemotherapy and other oncology medications safely; monitor infusion therapy and manage adverse reactions
- Assess and document patient status, maintain accurate medical records, and coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, symptom management, and discharge instructions
- Participate in clinical procedures, staff training, and unit-based quality improvement initiatives
