Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent MRI Technologist (MRI Tech) experience in a hospital or clinical setting
• Hands?on experience with Phillips MRI systems required
• GE 3T experience preferred (GE 3T MRI systems)
• Active BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT or ARMIT)
• Massachusetts state license not required for this assignment

Responsibilities

• Perform high?quality MRI exams and diagnostic imaging per physician orders and departmental protocols
• Operate MRI equipment (Phillips systems; familiarity with GE 3T a plus) and ensure proper image acquisition
• Ensure patient safety, screening, and comfort throughout the MRI process (patient care, MRI safety)
• Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, physicians, and nursing staff in a multidisciplinary hospital environment
• Maintain accurate patient records, exam documentation, and image archiving (PACS workflow)
• Adhere to hospital policies, regulatory standards, and infection control procedures
