• Position: Travel Respiratory Therapist (RRT) / Registered Respiratory Therapist
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,220 - $1,310
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks
• Setting: Hospital – Level II Trauma Center (trauma & critical care)
• Shift: 12 Hour Days (07:00-19:00)
• Hours per Week: 36

Job Requirements / Qualifications

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification required
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• NRP or STABLE certification required
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Respiratory Therapist; ICU/critical care experience preferred (critical care respiratory therapist, pulmonary care)
• Familiarity with Meditech EMR preferred
• Experience with mechanical ventilation and non-invasive ventilation equipment preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive respiratory care to hospital patients across trauma and critical care units
• Operate and troubleshoot advanced respiratory equipment including Servo I, GE ventilators, V60, Airvo, and Vapotherm
• Perform respiratory therapy procedures and interventions for acute and critical respiratory conditions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (nursing, physicians, respiratory therapists) to deliver high-quality patient care
• Maintain accurate patient documentation using Meditech EMR
• Work every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital staff
