• Job Title: Travel Cath Lab Tech / Cath Lab Technologist / Cardiovascular Technologist
• Assignment Type: Travel healthcare – hospital cath lab
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks (April 13, 2026 – July 13, 2026)
• Shifts: 4 x 10-hour day shifts per week (7:30 AM – 6:00 PM) with on-call rotation (approx. 15–18 days/month)
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,030 – $2,190
• Number of Positions: 2
• Setting: Hospital Cath Lab – interventional cardiology and peripheral procedures

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cath Lab Tech or Cath Lab Technologist in a cardiac cath lab
• Active ACLS and BLS certifications
• One of the following certifications: RCIS, RCES, or RT(R)
• Proficiency scrubbing for Left Heart Cath (LHC), Right Heart Cath (RHC), PCI, STEMI, and peripheral procedures
• Ability to monitor procedures and support in prep and recovery areas as needed
• Familiarity with GE Innova imaging, OCT, Boston IVUS, Impella, IABP, RotoPro, CSI, Penumbra equipment
• Experience with MacLab/Meditech documentation systems preferred
• Willingness to work rotating weekends and holidays and participate in on-call rotation

Responsibilities

• Assist with diagnostic and interventional cardiac and peripheral procedures, including Left Heart Cath, PCI, STEMI response, stroke interventions, and carotid stenting
• Scrub and monitor a variety of interventional cardiology procedures, ensuring patient safety and procedural efficiency
• Support the cath lab team in prep and recovery areas, providing clinical support and patient care
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond timely to emergent cases as a travel cath lab tech
• Document all procedures accurately using MacLab/Meditech systems to maintain quality and compliance
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of 5–10 physicians and a dedicated charge nurse to deliver high-quality patient care
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and dress code (ceil blue scrubs supplied)
