• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,460 - $1,540
• Setting: Emergency Department (Short Term Acute Care, Teaching Hospital)
• Contract Duration: 26 weeks (May 5, 2026 – Nov 3, 2026)
• Shift: 12 Hour Nights; Night shift, 3x12-hour (18:45 - 07:15)
• Hours per Week: 36 (Guaranteed)
• Weekend Requirement: 2 weekends per month
• Charting: EPIC (Epic charting experience required)
• Scrub Color: White
• Parking: Free in any unrestricted space
• Float Requirement: Will float to all 3 hospitals within 20 miles (Martin North, Martin South, Tradition)

Job Requirements (Emergency Department RN / Travel RN)

• At least 18 months of recent ER experience required (2 years preferred) — Emergency Department RN/ER RN experience
• Active Registered Nurse license (Florida RN)
• AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications (must have at time of submittal)
• NIHSS certification (must obtain prior to start)
• Epic charting experience required (EPIC)
• Nicotine-free (negative 10 Panel + Nicotine drug screen required)
• Ability to float within scope to meet facility needs (travel nursing flexibility)
• First-time travelers accepted — ideal for Travel Nurse and Travel RN candidates
• No pending certifications or license hits accepted
• EKG and Pharm test required during orientation (study materials provided)
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccines required (medical/religious exemptions only)

Responsibilities (Emergency Care, Trauma & Critical Care)

• Deliver high-quality patient care in the Emergency Department—triage, trauma assessment, and acute care
• Manage and monitor arterial lines, BiPAP/CPAP, ventilated patients, and central lines
• Respond to trauma cases including gunshot wounds and traumatic amputations; provide critical care interventions
• Administer IV vasopressors and manage dysrhythmias
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (physicians, respiratory therapists, techs) to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Float to other hospitals within the network as needed (within 20 miles)
• Complete time-sensitive modules prior to assignment start
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation using EPIC electronic health records
