Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,690 – $1,820
• Location: Lancaster, Pennsylvania (Lancaster, PA 17602)
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks
• Schedule: 4 shifts per week; 10-hour days (7:00am – 5:30pm) or 8-hour days (7:00am – 3:30pm)
• Work Days: Monday – Friday, holidays as needed
• On-Call: Up to 3 on-call shifts per assignment
• Employment Type: Travel, On-site perioperative role

OR Tech Qualifications / Requirements

• Current OR Tech certification required (Surgical Technologist certification acceptable if applicable)
• Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience as an OR Tech or Surgical Technologist
• Experience supporting general OR, First Assist, and CVOR cases preferred
• Ability to work flexible shifts and participate in on-call rotation
• Strong communication, teamwork, and perioperative skills; adherence to sterile technique and infection control protocols

Key Responsibilities

• Assist surgeons and the operating room team during surgical procedures as a Surgical Technologist / OR Technician
• Prepare operating rooms, ensure necessary instruments and supplies are available, and set up specialty equipment
• Maintain a sterile environment and follow strict infection control and perioperative safety protocols
• Support a variety of surgical specialties including general surgery, cardiovascular/CVOR, and First Assist roles when required
• Participate in on-call coverage and assist with turnover between cases to optimize OR efficiency
