- Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered RN license
- Minimum 1 year recent Mother/Baby or Postpartum RN experience
- Current ACLS, BLS, and NRP certifications required
- Strong clinical assessment, newborn care, and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative maternal-child health environment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to postpartum mothers and newborns, including routine newborn assessments and postpartum monitoring
- Monitor and assess patient conditions; escalate and report changes promptly to ensure patient safety
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and follow nursing care plans
- Educate and support mothers and families on newborn care, breastfeeding basics, and postpartum recovery
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams—OB/GYN, pediatrics, lactation consultants, and support staff—to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record
