This 225-bed facility provides advanced services in Heart & Vascular, Cancer Care, Brain & Spine, Rehab, Behavioral Health, Digestive Health, Bariatric Medicine, Women's Health, and Pediatrics. Marquette is the largest community in Michigan's scenic Upper Peninsula—home to Northern Michigan University and surrounded by lakes, trails, and endless outdoor recreation.

Job Requirements
- Active RN license (Michigan or compact state)
- Minimum 1 year of recent PCU, telemetry, or similar acute care experience
- BLS certification required
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced progressive care environment
- Must reside at least 60 miles from Marquette to qualify as a travel candidate
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality progressive care nursing to patients in the PCU, including cardiac/telemetry monitoring and intermediate care
- Assess and monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and perform nursing interventions per hospital protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams—physicians, therapists, and specialty services (thoracic surgery, surgical pathology, pediatric PACU/OR)
- Document patient progress accurately in the electronic health record (EHR/EMR) and communicate updates to physicians and families
- Support transitions of care, patient education, and maintain compliance with hospital policies and quality standards
