• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,500 – $1,620

• Shift: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts per week (19:00 – 07:00)

Respiratory Therapist Job Requirements (Qualifications)

• Minimum 2 years of hospital-based Respiratory Therapist experience
• RRT required; CRT credential accepted
• Active state license in hand at time of application (Respiratory Care Practitioner license)
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, PALS
• NICU experience required — experience as a NICU respiratory therapist preferred
• Travel healthcare experience strongly preferred (first-time travelers may be considered)
• Experience with Allscripts or Altera charting systems preferred
• Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
• Must be able to complete facility drug screen upon arrival (including marijuana)

Respiratory Therapist Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive respiratory care and ventilator management for patients across all age groups: neonates, infants, children, adults, and geriatrics
• Deliver safe, evidence-based respiratory therapy in a fast-paced hospital environment, including NICU care
• Perform respiratory therapy procedures and operate specialized equipment as required (ventilators, airway management, aerosol therapy)
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, Rapid Response Teams, and Respiratory Services
• Accurately document patient assessments and interventions using Allscripts/Altera charting systems
• Float as needed to support patient care and staffing across the facility
• Participate in orientation, complete required onboarding modules, and maintain required certifications
