• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,020 – $2,130

• Setting: GI Lab / Endoscopy Unit (Gastroenterology nurse / GI Lab nurse)
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks (May 18, 2026 – August 17, 2026)
• Shift: Day shifts, 5x8-hour (07:00 – 15:30), plus call
• Employment Type: Travel, On-Site (Travel RN opportunity)

Job Requirements / Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (must be in hand at time of submission)
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in GI Lab / Endoscopy service line (GI procedure nurse / gastroenterology nursing)
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required
• Experience assisting or circulating during advanced GI procedures (ERCP, PEG placement, EUS, Spyglass, FNA/FNB, Capsule endoscopy, Bronchoscopies, EBUS)
• Experience with moderate sedation and pain management preferred
• Travel nursing experience preferred (travel RN / travel nursing background boosts consideration)
• Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
• Ability to complete facility drug screen upon arrival (including Marijuana)
• Charting experience with Sunrise or Altera preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist and circulate during advanced GI and endoscopic procedures as a procedure nurse
• Provide peri-procedural care for patients across all age groups: pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Administer moderate sedation and support pain management as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation using the facility's charting system (electronic charting experience preferred)
• Participate in call rotation as required
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care (clinical support, perioperative teamwork)
• Complete orientation modules and required labs promptly to meet facility onboarding timelines
