Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,920 – $2,060 (travel cardiac tech pay)
• Location: Crestview, FL 32539 (Okaloosa County / Northwest Florida)
• Assignment Duration: 13 weeks (May 4, 2026 – August 3, 2026)
• Shift: Days, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (8-hour shifts)
• Hours per Week: 40
• On-Call: Afternoon, weekend, and holiday call required (includes EP rotation, 30-minute response time)
• Employment Type: Travel / Contract (Cardiac Cath Lab Technician, Travel Cath Lab Tech)

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Cardiac Cath Lab Technician or Cardiovascular Technologist in a Cath Lab setting
• RCIS certification or ARRT with Florida license (ARRT/FL) required
• Ability to meet AHCA requirements for Florida placements
• Exceptional attendance and reliable performance in prior travel assignments
• Reliable transportation and ability to respond within 30 minutes for on-call/EP rotations

Responsibilities

• Assist cardiologists and imaging staff with cardiac catheterization and interventional cardiology procedures
• Perform diagnostic and interventional imaging studies in the Cardiac Cath Lab under direction of the Cardiologist, Chief Technologist, or Director of Imaging Services
• Participate in electrophysiology (EP) rotation and respond to calls within 30 minutes when assigned
• Demonstrate critical thinking, sound judgment, and professionalism in all aspects of patient care
• Perform studies in a timely, accurate, and safe manner while maintaining documentation and infection-control standards
