• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,530 – $1,610

Qualifications & Requirements

• Active and unrestricted RN license (Tennessee or compact/multi-state preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of recent ICU / critical care nursing experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association preferred)
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and hemodynamic monitoring skills
• Experience with ventilator management and advanced life support interventions preferred
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and adaptability in fast-paced clinical settings

Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill patients in the ICU as a critical care nurse
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment, including ventilator settings and hemodynamic data
• Administer medications, treatments, and advanced life support interventions as needed (ACLS/BLS)
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans
• Educate patients and families on care plans, recovery expectations, and discharge planning
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records in accordance with facility policies and regulatory standards
