Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,030 – $2,190
• Location: Boston, MA 02115 (Longwood Medical Area) — Boston radiology jobs / Massachusetts radiology jobs
• Assignment Duration: 13 weeks (May 18, 2026 – August 16, 2026)
• Shift: 10:30 AM – 9:00 PM (10-hour days; Sun, Mon, Wed, Fri)
• Employment Type: Travel Radiology Technician, On-Site
• Unit: Inpatient Diagnostic Radiology (Rad Tech / Radiologic Technologist role)
• First Week Training: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Radiology Technician or Radiologic Technologist
• Valid state Radiology Technician license/certification (ARRT certification preferred where applicable)
• Experience in one or more modalities: Diagnostic, DEXA (bone densitometry), CT, MRI, Vascular
• Ability to work 10-hour shifts and adapt to a fast-paced inpatient environment
• Completion of required onboarding credentials: background check, health screenings, skills checklist, references, education verification

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures for inpatient care, including CT, MRI, DEXA, and vascular studies
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment while adhering to safety and radiation protection protocols
• Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure accurate and timely patient imaging
• Document procedures, patient histories, and imaging results accurately in the electronic health record
• Provide compassionate patient care and clear communication with patients, families, and clinical colleagues
