Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,150 – $2,310
• Location: Memphis, TN 38104 (Memphis healthcare jobs, Tennessee)
• Setting: Short Term Acute Care – Level I Trauma Center
• Unit: Cardiac Cath Lab / Electrophysiology (EP) Lab
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks (May 4, 2026 – August 3, 2026)
• Shift: 4x10-hour days (07:00 – 15:30); shift may change during interview
• Hours per Week: 40
• On-Call: Yes, some
• Weekend Coverage: As needed
• Travel Assignment: Must live at least 100 miles from facility

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 2 years Radiology Technologist experience (Cath Lab and Electrophysiology experience preferred)
• At least 1 completed previous travel assignment (travel radiology technologist or travel cath lab tech experience preferred)
• Active radiology/cardiology certification (ARRT or equivalent preferred; state license as required)
• Driver’s license required with submission
• Compliance with NLC guidelines (if applicable)
• Flu vaccine required (no exemptions)
• Pending license not accepted
• All requested time off must be included at time of submission
• Travelers must live at least 100 miles from the facility

Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and interventional radiology procedures in the Cardiac Cath Lab and assist with Electrophysiology (EP) procedures
• Operate imaging equipment (fluoroscopy, digital imaging) and ensure high-quality imaging results for cardiac procedures
• Maintain patient safety, comfort, and radiation safety (ALARA) throughout procedures
• Assist the interventional cardiology and electrophysiology teams during invasive procedures
• Document procedures accurately and adhere to strict facility compliance and documentation requirements
• Participate in on-call rotation and provide weekend coverage as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in a Level I Trauma Center environment
