• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,910 - $2,010

• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: 12-hour night shifts (3 shifts per week) – night shift RN
• Employment Type: Travel Contract / Travel Nurse / Traveling RN
• Start Date: June (ASAP start available)

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required (state licensure as applicable)
• BLS certification required prior to first shift
• ACLS certification required prior to first shift
• Minimum 1 year of bedside clinical experience required (2 years highly desired)
• Experience in LTAC, sub-acute, surgical, or pediatric settings is a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments within 8 hours of patient admission
• Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Provide accurate and timely documentation of assessments, interventions, and patient responses
• Participate in patient rehabilitation programs and direct patient care using the nursing process
• Initiate discharge planning and patient teaching from admission
• Communicate changes in patient status to care providers to ensure continuity and safety
• Supervise and provide direction to ancillary nursing personnel
• Promote patient and employee safety in all aspects of care
• Contribute positively to team building and a supportive work environment
• Assume charge responsibilities as requested after orientation
• Engage in ongoing professional development and continuing education
