Job Requirements (Radiologic Technologist / Interventional Radiology)

• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in Interventional Radiology (IR) or Special Procedures
• Current ARRT certification required (ARRT-Certified Radiologic Technologist)
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• Diagnostic imaging experience preferred (fluoroscopy, angiography, vascular/interventional imaging a plus)
• Ability to meet performance expectations in a fast-paced hospital environment
• Must be able to obtain Nebraska state licensure if required for the assignment

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of diagnostic and interventional radiology procedures with a strong focus on patient safety, radiation safety, and high-quality imaging
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment and fluoroscopy systems according to established protocols
• Assist physicians during interventional procedures (examples include angiography, embolization, biopsies) as directed
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes
• Accurately document procedures, maintain patient records, and support imaging documentation for clinical and billing needs
• Adhere to hospital policies, regulatory standards, and infection control procedures
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a travel assignment setting and support cross-functional imaging teams
