Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,580 - $1,700
• Location: Hayward, WI 54843 — Travel PTA / travel physical therapy opportunity in Wisconsin
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks (May 4, 2026 – August 3, 2026)
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Shift: 8-hour days (Monday–Friday; no weekends or holidays)
• Care Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient rehabilitation (occasional inpatient coverage available)
• Charting System: EPIC
• Dress Code: Smart casual to business casual; clean tennis shoes are acceptable

Job Requirements

• Active PTA (Physical Therapy Assistant) certification
• BLS Certification required
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (2+ years preferred, especially in outpatient settings)
• Ability to treat 9–10 patients per day with 45-minute appointments
• Willingness to complete department-specific orientation (first 2 days with Rehab Director)

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to a diverse patient population in both inpatient and outpatient rehab settings
• Collaborate closely with the PT Manager/Supervisor and a team of full-time Rehab Aides
• Assist in patient assessments, treatment planning, therapeutic interventions, and progression of care
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation using the EPIC charting system
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care for individuals recovering from a variety of diagnoses
