Job Details
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,130 – $2,250 (estimated travel nurse pay)
- Location: Boston, MA 02115 — Boston healthcare opportunity
- Assignment Duration: 13 weeks (May 18, 2026 – August 16, 2026)
- Hours per Week: 36
- Shift: 12-hour shifts, any shift (including every other weekend/every other holiday)
- Employment Type: Travel nursing assignment (on-site)

Qualifications / Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts (MA)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical OB experience (Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, Newborn Nursery) — maternal-newborn / perinatal nursing experience preferred
- Experience in antenatal and postpartum environments preferred
- Ability to float between antenatal, postpartum, and newborn units as needed (OB Float Pool)
- Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
- Strong communication, teamwork, and patient education skills
Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate postpartum care to mothers and newborns as a postpartum RN and travel nurse
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized nursing care for postpartum and newborn patients
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Educate patients and families on postpartum recovery, newborn care, and discharge planning
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal maternal and newborn outcomes
- Float to antenatal or postpartum units based on facility needs within the OB Float Pool
