Contract Duration: 13 weeks (May 10, 2026 – August 9, 2026)
Role: Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse (IR RN) / Cath Lab nurse
Setting: Interventional Radiology Unit (IR)
Shift: 8-hour day shifts, Monday–Friday (07:30–16:00)
Hours per Week: 40
On-Call: Average 4–5 call shifts/week (Mon–Fri evenings), 3–4 call shifts/month (Sat & Sun), 1–2 holidays on-call required

Job Requirements (Interventional Radiology Nurse)

Minimum 1 year Cath Lab experience with IR crossover (Cath Lab nurse experience required)
Minimum 1 year Interventional Radiology experience preferred
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
BLS & ACLS certifications required
Experience with IR on-call responsibilities and performing procedures
EMR: Altera Sunrise (no prior experience required)
Nicotine-free facility

Responsibilities

Provide safe, patient-centered care during interventional radiology and image-guided procedures
Participate in on-call rotation and respond promptly to emergent IR cases
Assist and collaborate with physicians, technologists, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR system (Altera Sunrise)
Adhere to facility protocols, radiation safety, and procedural checklists
Attend required orientation and competency/training sessions for IR unit
