- Shift: 12-hour nights (19:00 – 07:00)

- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,860 – $1,960 (competitive travel nursing pay)

Job Requirements
- Active RN license (New Mexico or compact state—must meet state travel nurse licensing requirements)
- At least 1 year of recent Emergency Department / ER nursing experience
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (must be obtained prior to start)
- Ability to complete New Mexico fingerprinting/background check process (14-day waiver may apply for travelers awaiting results)
- Strong clinical skills in triage, rapid assessment, cardiac monitoring, and emergency interventions
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment as an ED nurse / ER RN
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients presenting to the Emergency Department
- Assess, triage, and prioritize patient care based on acuity using ED best practices
- Initiate and manage emergency interventions, including medication administration, wound care, and advanced cardiac life support as needed
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, advanced practice providers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Monitor and document patient status, interventions, and responses accurately and promptly in the electronic medical record
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies, Joint Commission standards, and regulatory requirements
