• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,810 - $1,940
• Location: Port Charlotte, FL 33952 (Port Charlotte radiology jobs / Florida radiology jobs)
• Assignment Duration: 13 weeks (April 28, 2026 – July 28, 2026)
• Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (10-hour days)
• Hours per Week: 40
• Employment Type: Travel, On-Site (Travel Technologist / Travel Rad Tech)

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Radiology Technologist / Rad Tech in a clinical or hospital setting
• EP Tech certification preferred
• Proficiency in one or more specialties: Vascular, MRI, CT, DEXA (Dexa), Diagnostic Radiography
• Ability to work every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital staff
• Comfortable wearing black scrubs (Radiology department color)
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-focused skills for clinical imaging and diagnostic workflows

Key Responsibilities – Diagnostic Imaging & Patient Care

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures including MRI, CT, DEXA, vascular studies, and general radiology exams
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and proper positioning during imaging procedures
• Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support diagnostic and clinical needs
• Adhere to facility protocols, radiation safety, and regulatory standards for medical imaging
• Participate in scheduled weekend and holiday rotations as required
