Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an MRI Technologist or Radiology Technologist
• Valid MRI Technologist certification (ARRT preferred)
• Experience in hospital, outpatient, and clinic settings preferred
• Strong communication, patient care, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work every other weekend and holidays in rotation
• Reliable, flexible scheduling, and able to perform in high-volume imaging departments

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality MRI scans per physician orders and hospital imaging protocols
• Operate and maintain MRI equipment while ensuring patient safety and comfort
• Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care
• Document procedures and maintain accurate patient records using EMR systems (Meditech) and related systems (Pyxis where applicable)
• Adhere to infection control, radiation safety standards, and MRI safety protocols
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment in radiology and imaging services
