• Setting: Hospital Radiology Department – Diagnostic Imaging / Medical Imaging
• Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Day Shift)
• Hours per Week: 40
• Call: Required (on-call rotation)
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,920 – $2,060

Job Requirements (Ultrasound Tech / Sonographer Qualifications)

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist / Sonographer with both General and Vascular experience required
• Certification: ARDMS (RDMS or RVT), CCI, or ARRT required
• Experience in radiology/cardiology or vascular lab preferred
• Current professional license/certification in-hand at time of application
• COVID-19 and seasonal flu vaccines required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
• Must be willing to take call as scheduled and participate in on-call rotation
• Travel requirement: candidates must live at least 50 miles from the facility (no local hires)

Key Responsibilities (Diagnostic Ultrasound & Vascular Imaging)

• Perform general and vascular ultrasound procedures (including vascular duplex studies) with accuracy, efficiency, and strong sonography technique
• Operate ultrasound equipment and maintain image quality for diagnostic interpretation
• Collaborate with radiologists, vascular surgeons, and the multidisciplinary care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate patient records, documentation, and diagnostic reports in the medical imaging system
• Participate in the on-call rotation and respond to urgent imaging requests as required
• Provide compassionate patient care, clear communication, and patient education throughout procedures
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and compliance standards for diagnostic imaging
