• Location: Dallas, TX 75203 – downtown Dallas; excellent dining, arts, parks, and city amenities
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks (travel radiology technologist position)
• Start Date: May 11, 2026
• End Date: August 10, 2026
• Shift: Evenings, Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (8 Hour Evenings; Evening shift radiology technologist)
• Hours per Week: 40
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,920 – $2,060 (competitive travel radiology pay)
• On-Call / Weekend Coverage: Required (participation in on-call and weekend rotations)

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent experience as a Radiology Technologist (Rad Tech) in a Level 1 Trauma Hospital
• Previous charge/lead technologist experience required
• Travel experience required — familiarity with travel radiology jobs and fast onboarding
• Experience with Epic electronic charting system required
• Certifications: ARRT (R) required; BLS (AHA preferred; military acceptable)
• Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
• Experience with Siemens, Shimadzu, OEC, GE, Medtronic, Konica DR, and other digital radiography (DR) systems preferred
• Comfortable working with all patient age groups: neonatal, pediatric, adult, and geriatric

Key Responsibilities – Radiology / X-Ray Technologist

• Perform diagnostic X-ray procedures including trauma, orthopedic, vascular, and neurosurgical imaging
• Operate advanced imaging equipment and digital radiography systems (Siemens, Shimadzu, OEC GE, Medtronic, Konica DR, etc.)
• Assist in intraoperative C-arm procedures for trauma orthopedics, neurosurgery, AAA vascular surgery, and general fluoroscopy
• Provide bedside and portable imaging (portable X-ray) across the hospital, including ED and critical care units
• Maintain accurate documentation and image management using Epic and PACS; ensure proper image labeling and routing
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (nursing, IV, PT, RT, pharmacy, surgeons, and rapid response) to support patient care
• Adhere to isolation precautions, radiation safety protocols, and PPE requirements
• Participate in on-call and weekend rotations as scheduled; respond quickly to trauma activations
