Job Details – Travel Nursing Position

• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: 12-hour days (07:00 – 19:00)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,800 – $1,890 (competitive travel nurse pay)

Job Requirements – LTAC RN / Telemetry RN

• Active Indiana RN license or active multistate compact RN license (must be attached to resume)
• ACLS & BLS certifications (American Heart Association required)
• Minimum 2 years recent LTAC, Telemetry, or critical care nursing experience in a hospital or long-term acute care setting
• Hands-on ventilator management and tracheostomy care experience required (ventilator care, airway management)
• Strong critical thinking, clinical judgment, and leadership skills
• Commitment to maintaining clinical competencies through ongoing continuing education (professional development for nurses)

Responsibilities – LTAC / Telemetry Nursing

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to LTAC and Telemetry patients using the Nursing Process
• Deliver safe, high-quality clinical care with strong critical thinking and sound clinical judgment
• Perform ventilator management, tracheostomy care, and telemetry monitoring as required
• Delegate patient care tasks appropriately and supervise assigned personnel
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
• Participate in ongoing education and competency validation to enhance clinical skills and patient outcomes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans for complex LTAC patients
