- Duration: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
- Shift: 12-hour shifts, day/night rotating; flexible weekends and holidays
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,130 - $2,250
Job Requirements / Qualifications
- Active RN license with Labor & Delivery specialty (eligible to work in Massachusetts)
- At least 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery RN experience (travel nursing experience preferred)
- Experience providing intrapartum, postpartum, and newborn care; OR circulation experience required
- Current BLS certification (additional facility-required certifications may apply)
- Submission of required documentation: resume, references, skills checklist, license verification, and health clearances
Responsibilities
- Circulate in the operating room for Labor & Delivery procedures and support C-sections as needed
- Provide comprehensive intrapartum, postpartum, and newborn care for mothers and infants
- Monitor and assess maternal and neonatal condition; respond to changes and escalate appropriately
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams — obstetrics, anesthesia, neonatology, and ancillary staff — to ensure high-quality patient care
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the patient chart and follow facility policies
- Provide patient- and family-centered support throughout the labor and delivery process
