• Shifts: 12-hour nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM); every other weekend required
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

• Charting System: MEDITECH (experience with MEDITECH preferred)

Job Requirements

• Active RN (Registered Nurse) license in the U.S.
• Minimum 1 year of recent ICU experience required (ICU RN / critical care nurse)
• Current certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA), and NIHSS
• Ability to float within the Inpatient Critical Care Float Pool as needed
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and emergency response skills

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to critically ill patients in the ICU and float pool
• Monitor, assess, and document patient status using MEDITECH and unit-specific tools
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Respond promptly to emergencies, changes in patient condition, and rapid response events
• Perform thorough patient and family education regarding care plans and procedures
• Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and safety and infection control standards
