Job Details

• Position: Travel Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) / Perioperative Nurse
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,750 - $1,840
• Location: Bentonville, AR 72712 – Northwest Arkansas healthcare job
• Assignment Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: 10-hour day shifts (6:30 AM – 5:00 PM), plus call
• Hours per Week: 40
• Employment Type: Travel Nurse, On-site

Requirements

• Active RN license (Arkansas license or Nurse Licensure Compact accepted)
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room nursing or perioperative experience
• Permanent address must be at least 50 miles from the facility (travel nursing eligibility)
• Strong clinical skills, sterile technique, and ability to perform in a fast-paced surgical environment

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality perioperative nursing care before, during, and after surgical procedures
• Assist surgeons and surgical teams as an integral member of the operating room team
• Prepare and maintain sterile fields, instruments, and surgical equipment
• Monitor patient vitals, maintain safety, and implement timely interventions
• Maintain accurate perioperative documentation and comply with hospital protocols
• Participate in on-call rotations and respond to emergent surgical needs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support optimal patient outcomes
