Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of recent ICU experience (critical care nurse experience required)
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the U.S.; state-specific licensure as required
• AHA BLS & ACLS certifications required
• CCRN certification preferred (Critical Care Registered Nurse)
• Experience with ventilator management, hemodynamic monitoring, and vasoactive drips
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a mixed ICU/IMCU environment
• EMR experience preferred (e.g., Epic or Cerner)

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill patients in ICU and IMCU settings
• Monitor patient conditions closely, administer medications, and titrate infusions per protocol
• Perform comprehensive assessments, develop individualized care plans, and document patient progress
• Manage ventilators, advanced airway care, and hemodynamic support as indicated
• Respond to emergencies, participate in codes, and provide advanced life support when needed
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain compliance with hospital protocols, safety standards, and infection control practices
• Educate patients and families on care plans, procedures, and discharge instructions
