Travel ICU Registered Nurse (CVICU) in Lebanon, NH — 13-week assignment for experienced critical care RNs with ACLS/BLS and arterial line skills.

Job Details

• Assignment Length: 13 weeks (May 11, 2026 – August 8, 2026)
• Setting: Cardiovascular Critical Care Unit / CVICU
• Location: Lebanon, NH 03756 — Upper Valley, New Hampshire
• Shift: 11.5-hour rotating shifts (Day/Night rotation: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,250 – $2,370
• On-Call: Yes
• Employment Type: Travel Nurse / Travel RN

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (compact licenses accepted where applicable)
• BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association)
• Minimum 1 year of recent ICU or critical care experience (cardiovascular or medical-surgical ICU experience preferred)
• Proven experience with arterial line insertion and management
• Experience with ventilator management, pressors, inotropes, and vasoactive medications
• Experience with central line insertion/maintenance and post-surgical line/tube/drain care
• Advanced hemodynamic monitoring experience preferred
• Desired: ICP monitoring, ventriculostomies, EVD, PA lines, and waveform interpretation

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality critical care nursing to cardiovascular and post-operative cardiac surgery patients
• Monitor and interpret advanced hemodynamic data and cardiac telemetry
• Manage arterial lines, central lines, ventilators, and vasoactive infusions
• Assist with insertion, maintenance, and troubleshooting of central lines, drains, and other invasive devices
• Collaborate with surgeons, intensivists, respiratory therapists, and the multidisciplinary CVICU team
• Provide patient and family education and compassionate support during recovery
• Respond to emergencies, code situations, and participate in on-call rotations as needed
