• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,800 – $1,890

Qualifications & Requirements

• Active Oklahoma Registered Nurse (RN) license or compact RN license where applicable
• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse program
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA preferred)
• Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Minimum 1 year recent Med/Surg nursing experience preferred (Med-Surgical RN experience)
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and fulfill a 36-hour work week
• Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills
• Flexibility, organization, and ability to perform under stress in a fast-paced hospital setting

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive Med/Surg nursing care for adult and geriatric patients across the lifespan
• Perform head-to-toe assessments, monitor patient status, and complete timely reassessments
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams (physicians, therapists, case managers) to drive optimal patient outcomes
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately following facility policies
• Document patient responses to interventions and revise care plans as needed
• Educate patients and families on care plans, discharge instructions, and pain management
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to regulatory, accreditation, and organizational policies
• Participate in orientation, ongoing training, and professional development as a Med/Surg RN
• Promote a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for patients, families, and staff
