• Shift: Night Shift RN – 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM (12-hour nights)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,250 – $2,370 (competitive travel nurse pay)
• Dress Code: Navy blue scrubs required
• EMR: Epic (Epic experience required)

Qualifications – ICU RN Requirements

• Active RN license (valid for practice in the assignment location)
• At least 2 years of recent ICU staff experience caring for trauma, surgical, and neurological ICU patients
• Experience in a Level One Trauma facility required (trauma nurse experience)
• Epic EMR experience required
• Competency test required within 24 hours of submission
• Ability to wear navy blue scrubs and adhere to facility dress code
• Willingness to float to other units as needed (flexible critical care RN)

Responsibilities – ICU Registered Nurse (RN)

• Provide high-quality critical care nursing for trauma, surgical, and neurological ICU patients
• Continuously monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (physicians, respiratory therapy, PT/OT, pharmacy) to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures per orders and facility protocol
• Maintain patient safety, adhere to infection control protocols, and participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Adapt to the needs of the unit, including floating to other departments as required
