Endoscopy RN / GI Nurse travel opportunity in Seattle, WA — 13-week travel nurse assignment starting May 18, 2026. • Assignment Type: Travel Nurse / Travel Assignment
• Setting: 30% Inpatient, 70% Outpatient (10% Pediatrics)
• Start Date: May 18, 2026
• End Date: August 17, 2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: 4 x 10-hour day shifts (07:00 - 19:30)
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,110 - $2,220
• Weekend Coverage: Every other weekend required
• Float: Required
• Orientation: 20 hours

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (compact licenses honored)
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in Endoscopy / GI Lab or related gastroenterology RN role
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Experience with moderate sedation and common endoscopic procedures preferred
• Epic charting system experience preferred
• First-time travel nurses accepted — great Seattle travel nurse opportunity
• Ability to float to other units as needed

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care for patients undergoing endoscopic procedures (inpatient and outpatient)
• Administer and monitor moderate sedation per facility protocols and assist with advanced therapeutic endoscopy procedures
• Care for a diverse patient population across pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics with complex GI diseases
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including Respiratory Therapy, Radiology, Pharmacy, Physical Therapy, and others
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the Epic electronic health record
• Participate in weekend coverage and float to support unit staffing needs
