• Weekly Hours: 40 hours guaranteed
• Shifts: Four 10-hour shifts per week (10-hour shifts; call required after assigned shifts; call assigned twice weekly)

Job Requirements / Qualifications

• Active RN license (will consider applicants willing to wait for state licensure)
• BLS certification required (AHA preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room RN experience (perioperative nursing experience preferred)
• Experience with ENT procedures (endoscopic sinus surgery, septorhinoplasty, tympan/mastoidectomies)
• Strong background in sports orthopedics (hip/knee arthroscopies, ligament repairs)
• Ambulatory/outpatient OR experience preferred (ambulatory surgery, day-surgery cases)
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-turnover surgical environment and participating in call rotation
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility (per submission requirements)

Core Responsibilities

• Circulate and/or scrub for a variety of surgical cases including ENT, ophthalmology, orthopedics, GYN, and urology
• Support quick turnovers while maintaining patient safety and perioperative best practices
• Participate in scheduled call rotation and respond as required
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a Level I Trauma Center setting
• Document patient care accurately using EPIC electronic health record (EPIC charting experience required/preferred)
• Provide high-quality care in outpatient and day-surgery specialty OR suites
