- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,020 - $2,130
- Location: Sioux City, Iowa (Sioux City healthcare) — Zip 51104
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks (May 11, 2026 – August 10, 2026)
- Shift: 12-hour days, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Hours per Week: 36
- Employment Type: Travel — Travel RN / Travel Nurse role
- Setting: Rehabilitation Unit (Rehab Unit)
- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements
- At least 1 year of previous rehabilitation nursing experience (Rehab RN experience)
- Completion of at least 1 prior travel contract (preferred)
- Active Iowa RN license required
- BLS certification (American Heart Association) required
- Mandatory Reporter certification
- Valid Driver’s License
- Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission
- License verification, copies of required certifications, and work history / resume
- One supervisory reference
- Must have a taxable address outside of 50 miles from facility (travel nursing eligibility)
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered rehabilitation nursing care as part of an interdisciplinary team
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate rehab nursing interventions for patients with complex needs
- Document patient progress, care plans, and treatment in EPIC EMR (electronic medical record)
- Collaborate closely with PT/OT, physicians, case managers, and other clinical staff
- Float within the same discipline across local campuses as needed
- Participate in orientation, mandatory training, and ongoing professional development
- Adhere to facility policies, regulatory standards, and quality/safety initiatives
